I work with clients who are navigating change, whether they\’re embarking on a job search, shifting career directions, or seeking guidance on college majors and subsequent career options.

Campus to Career

You\’re a recent or soon-to-be college graduate entering the workplace

  • Initial goals review and planning session.
  • Resume, Cover Letter, and LinkedIn profile review with feedback and suggested changes.
  • Assessments, both formal and informal to identify your values, preferences, interests, skills and strengths. May include Myers-Briggs, Strong Interest Inventory, Skill Scan, Strengths Finder, and others.
  • How to conduct and use informational interviews for career exploration and opportunities.
  • Additional coaching  to hone job interviewing skills. Includes coaching on interviews conducted via phone or in person.
  • Customized assignments to be completed between sessions.


Interview Skills

You’re the person who always gets the interview but not the job, and wants to work on your interview skills

  • Initial goals review and planning session. 
  • Resume, Cover Letter, and LinkedIn profile review with feedback and suggested changes. 
  • Mock interviews (covering both traditional and behavioral interviews) with coaching on how to respond when asked about strengths, including how to use work/life examples that illustrate your strengths, skills, and abilities. 
  • Customized assignments to be completed between sessions.


Job Search

You’re ready to devote the time and energy towards exploring your career interests and embark on a focused job search

  • Initial goals review and planning session. 
  • Resume, Cover Letter, and LinkedIn profile review with feedback and suggested changes. 
  • Coaching on networking options and skill development.
  • Developing the art of informational interviews as a way to explore job possibilities and as a job search technique.
  • Tailored information on job search resources.
  • Strengthening interview skills with feedback and suggestions on how to tap into strengths as well as connect past experiences to reqested qualifications in desired position.
  • Customized assignments to be completed between sessions.


Career Transitions

You\’ve been in a career for a while and would like to shift directions.

  • Initial goals review and planning session.
  • Resume, Cover Letter, and LinkedIn profile review with feedback and suggested changes.
  • Assessments, both formal and informal. May include Myers-Briggs test, Strong Interest Inventory, Skill Scan, Strengths Finder, and others to connect current skills and interests to possible industry and/or position options
  • Coaching and preparation on pre- and post-job offer package negotiation 
  • Customized assignments to be completed between sessions. 


Self-Exploration

You want to know more about your strengths, your interests, and even your personality preferences to make positive career choices.

  • Initial goals review and planning session.
  • Expand understanding of how increased self-knowledge can lead to more positive career choices, build your career capital, and managing work and personal relationships successfully.
  • Coaching on value of each assessment and relevance to your goals.
  • Interpretation of each assessment, as well as holistic understanding of the combination of assessments, and application in work place.
