Are you tired of being told to reinvent yourself in midlife? Your life is so full, where would you even begin?

Maybe rather than reinventing yourself, it makes more sense to take things off your overflowing plate.

In this episode, I talk about editing four areas of your life:

Time

Energy

Environment

Identity

If you are ready for a more peaceful but fulfilling life, this episode is for you.

Midlife transitions are difficult, but after 50, they hit differently. The old tips aren't working, and exhaustion is real. Learn to redefine yourself, be more selective, and intentional to create the life you live now.

You’re tired of the surprises that come with life after 50? Not quite sure how to make this new midlife transition work for you?

Transitions can be difficult for anyone, but they really do hit different after 50. Reinvention doesn’t quite have the same appeal as it once did, and you may find yourself less tolerable to major shifts. The old tips and tricks you have been using your whole life aren’t cutting it anymore, and you are too exhausted to keep changing or trying harder.

One of the things that I learned in Paris was to focus on redefining myself. Being more selective and being very intentional about the way I live my life. Becoming more of who I am rather than trying to change who I am.

In this episode, I talk about my own midlife transition and how redefining some key areas in my life has led to the life I live now.

We live in a fast-paced world, constantly missing human and self-connection. This episode explores why handwriting still matters in midlife, offering a powerful tool to help you slow down, think more clearly, feel grounded, and connect with your inner voice.

When was the last time you slowed down to enjoy an activity?

We live in a time when everything is moving at warp speed. We scroll our phones while eating, we check emails before we even get out of bed, and it is more convenient to text someone than it is to actually call them and hear their voice. How much human connection or even self connection are we missing in this fast paced world?

In this episode, I explore why handwriting still matters as we age. How slowing down to write by hand can help us think more clearly, feel more grounded, and stay connected to our own inner voice in midlife.

If our midlife goals are to slow down and be more intentional about the chapter we are in, we are going to have to find creative ways to do that. To interrupt the chaos around us. I truly believe writing by hand can be one of the tools we use to accomplish this.

I hope this episode helps you to slow down, intentionally.

Forget reinventing yourself after 50. All it takes is one small habit to start a powerful momentum that can change everything.

I’ve spent the last 8 weeks on a tiny habit journey, and today, I’m sharing the full, unvarnished experience. (P.S. If you missed the start, you can find the complete, real-time journal in my Thursday Substack posts.)

In this season of midlife, who has the time or energy for a massive resolution or a dramatic makeover? We’re often juggling careers, adult kids, and more, and instead of slowing down, life seems to speed up. That’s why I don’t believe in big, all-or-nothing changes.

My 8-week trial reinforced how crucial it is to protect our mental and physical health, especially as we age. But I also discovered one tiny habit that led to a truly surprising transformation.

I think you’ll love this episode.

They say your best years are behind you at 80. She proves that’s a lie.

I recently took a stroll down Pimlico Road in London and visited Nina Campbell’s store. I was surprised to see Nina herself in the shop, walking the halls. I could feel even from a distance that she was in charge, but to be sure I asked a cashier. She confirmed that Nina visits the store every single day. I was left in amazement.

Just around the corner from Nina’s store, I also visited Bonadea, a premier luxury boutique specializing in high-end tableware, glassware, and unique home accents. I hope you enjoy my peek inside this luxury store. You could feel intention in every piece.

My last stop was a Carole Bamford shop. Carole was 53 years old when she started her first farm shop, Daylesford Organic, in 2002—long after most of us would consider stepping out to do something brand new and scary.

As I reflected on my walk on Pimlico Road, I came to a few conclusions:

It is never too late to start something new.

Creating something around what you are unapologetically passionate about can open doors to your next chapter you never imagined.

Curiosity doesn’t just open doors, it opens your mind and your heart.

Choosing what you actually love and want is essential to building a fulfilling next chapter.

I hope you enjoy my walk on Pimlico Road, and it sparks your imagination and creates action the way it did for me.

Are you a woman over 50 lying awake at night, quietly afraid you might run out of money? Being solo after 50 can crank that fear way up. You look at your life and wonder, How did I get here? You did everything you were “supposed” to do. You worked hard. You tried side hustles and multi-level marketing promises that sounded good… but didn’t deliver.

Maybe a financial crash wiped out part of your retirement. Or inflation is chewing through your savings faster than you can rebuild it. And now, the future feels uncertain in a way no one prepared you for. But what if you could start getting control of your finances—slowly, practically, and without falling for another gimmick? What if you could learn simple tools and strategies that actually help you feel calmer about money? And what if you could hear from someone who’s been right where you are, with the same fears, same questions, and found a way to sleep better at night knowing she was finally doing something that worked?

In this episode, you’ll hear my real story of divorce in midlife and the money fears that came with it. I share the tools I’ve used to stay on track, regain confidence, and feel more secure after 50, and how you can start doing the same.

Feeling invisible as a woman? You’re not alone. I know this all too well. After a long, hard divorce, I felt unseen and overlooked. Like my life didn’t matter. It is not uncommon for Women over 50 to feel invisible. This is a common experience. Careers shift, kids grow up, and suddenly your life feels empty, and you are not relied on like you once were.

The truth: this is your moment. Find yourself again. Own who you are. Build confidence after 50. Join the women just like you rediscovering themselves. You’re not invisible! You’re just getting started!

My story doesn’t end in loneliness and insignificance. I did eventually remember who I was and everything I still had to offer.

For me, it all started in Paris.

In this episode, I share my path back to myself. I hope it helps just one of you to do the same.

Cultivating curiosity in midlife isn’t just nice to have; it’s the engine that powers your next chapter. In fact, curiosity is a key part of the very first step, Dream Big, in the Design Your Fabulous Next Chapter framework. When you stay curious, you stop living on autopilot and start intentionally designing your life again. You begin to notice new ideas, try new things, and rediscover interests you may have set aside years ago. Curiosity builds your momentum, boosts your confidence, and helps you see opportunities instead of obstacles. And the more curious you become, the clearer you get about what you truly want, making it much easier to create a next chapter that genuinely excites you.

As many of you know, I’m a total reading fanatic, which means whenever I travel, I make it a point to visit bookstores.

In this episode, I’m taking you along with me as we explore bookshops around the world. My hope is that this sparks your curiosity and inspires you to seek out experiences that take you on your own adventures, so you can rediscover more of who you are and who you’re becoming.
