You know how we always talk about taking trips to explore historic places like Paris or London? Well, turns out there’s so much history right in our own US backyard that we often overlook! Take Trinity Church in Boston, for example. It’s this incredible landmark with gorgeous architecture and such an amazing backstory. It’s important to realize we have spots like this nearby that are so rich in history and culture, just waiting for us to check them out. Why travel far when we’ve got gems like this so close?

Honestly, I feel like exploring these local historic spots helps us see our cities in a new light and it makes us feel more connected to the places we live. Plus, it’s a fun way to spend an afternoon.
