Last week, I sat at my writing desk and folded a letter I had written to a friend.

There was nothing urgent inside—just a few thoughts about a book I couldn’t put down, a recipe I had already made twice, and the particular light in my kitchen that morning.

I sealed the envelope and carried it to the mailbox myself. And as I stood there, I wondered: When was the last time someone sent me something like this?

Something I didn’t have to click.
Something that wouldn’t disappear into a crowded inbox.
Something I could carry to a favorite chair with a cup of tea—and keep.

That question became The Paper Salon.

I have come to believe something quietly and firmly: your next chapter is not about reinventing yourself. It is about recognizing who you already are, remaining curious about who you are becoming, and intentionally creating a life that reflects both.

A real letter is one small, deliberate way of paying attention.

Each month, I’ll send you a beautifully printed, personally signed letter from my writing desk. I’ll write about the things that make a life rich and interesting: beauty, books, travel, food, curiosity, and the quiet work of creating a chapter that truly fits.
This is not another email to skim and archive.
It is something tangible and personal—something worth tucking into a drawer and finding again on a quiet afternoon, when you need to be reminded that the life you are building is worth noticing.

Each one is written in the spirit of letters exchanged between friends—as though we are sitting across from one another with nowhere else to be.

A collectible card featuring something I’m reading, what I loved about it, and a few honest thoughts about why it may—or may not—be worth your time.

A seasonal recipe chosen for real life—something comforting, lovely, and inviting enough to share with people you care about.

From time to time, one of the cards may be replaced by a reflection prompt, a travel note, or another small surprise from the Salon table.

As a founding member, your monthly price will never increase for as long as your membership remains active.

The first envelopes will be mailed on November 1, 2026. Once all 50 founding memberships have been claimed, enrollment will close until the next opening.
